Meet partners in crime, Magnús Tyggvason Eliassen & Daníel Friðrik Böðvarsson. Together they will take us into unknown territories where anything and everything can happen. A drummer of countless bands in the Icelandic music scene, the prolific Magnus Tryggvason Eliassen is currently best known as the drummer of the jazz quartet ADHD and the band Moses Hightower where he is a founding member. Among other bands and musicians he has played with are Amiina, Sin Fang, Skúli Sverrisson, Ólöf Arnalds, Snorri Helgason, Kristjana Stefánsdóttir, múm and Sigurður Flosason to name but few. The great guitarist Daníel Friðrik Böðvarsson is also a member of Moses Hightower. He has been working in the Berlin music scene for the past few years. He has performed with Greg Cohen, John Hollenbeck, Shahzad Ismaily, Max Andrzejewski and many Icelandic bands. He has performed in Mengi on several occasions. The performance starts at 9:00pm.
